Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-10 day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@buybetter.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details and instructions.
⚠️ Please do not send items without prior approval — such returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Used, washed, or damaged items not due to our fault

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, email us with photos at support@buybetter.in within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Banks may take additional time to reflect the refund
